Financial Services
Opening bank accounts : We maintain a relationship with several banks around the world. We are able to provide introductions for our clients and assist with the opening of corporate or trust accounts in any convertible currency. In order to effectively and expeditiously accommodate the banking needs of clients.
Security provisions can be established such that client instructions can be accepted via facsimile, e-mail, and telephone. Credit Cards : We can arrange for either personal or corporate credit cards on behalf of clients. Often clients, due to extensive travel plans or logistics elect to have us receive the credit card statements and disburse payment on their behalf (optional).
Administrative Services
Mailboxes : We receive both your personal and corporate mail and, at your discretion, hold or forward it. Management Services
Registered office and registered agent : We serve as the registered office and agent as is required for all offshore companies and offshore trusts. The registered office is the location at which process may be served and official notices received. The registered office does not have to be where the actual business is carried on; nor do the books of account have to be kept at the registered office. The agent is the individual upon whom process would be served or to whom official notices would be sent. Professional Directors : All corporate powers shall be exercised by and under the authority of the company’s board of directors. Directors may be natural persons, or corporations, of any nationality and need not be shareholders of the company. We provide “nominee” or third party directors to many offshore companies. Third party directors serve at the request of the ultimate owners of the company. If required, the directors can provide signed, undated letters of resignation. Trustees : An International Exempt Trust must have at least one trustee that is either a corporation incorporated in the jurisdiction of incorporation or a trust company doing business in same location. We provide this trustee as well as other trustees if the trust document requires.
